Introduction
Collaboration is not right for everyone nor is it always an intuitive response by companies to problems or opportunities in their business sectors. It may not suit the culture of your organisation? Perhaps you don't have any opportunities or projects that could benefit from working with others?
Self Assessment will help you understand whether you and your organisation's culture is suited to collaboration, whether collaboration is worthwhile for your business and what the potential benefits may be. Click on the icon to carry out self-assessment, the elements of which are explained below.
Attitude Test
The attitude test determines whether your organisation’s culture is suited to collaboration. For each of the 7 drop down boxes, select your closest response.
Opportunity analysis
Opportunity analysis allows the user to compare up to 3 different potential business opportunities in a limited way (Registered users can access full functionality). Each opportunity is measured depending on whether it is pursued alone or in partnership with others. Cash flow analysis is carried out for each opportunity and all of the opportunities are compared from a cost-benefit-risk perspective.
By reviewing the results of the self assessment, you can determine whether it makes sense for your organisation to explore the collaborative process further.
